Website Visitors

Like most Site operators, Manas Labs, LLC, d/b/a IQDERALL (“IQDERALL” or “We”) collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. IQDERALL’s primary purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how IQDERALL’s visitors use its Site.

IQDERALL also collects potentially personally identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. IQDERALL does not use such information to identify its visitors (except as may be necessary to enforcement of its Terms of Use, and/or its Return Policy and the limits thereon), and does not disclose such information other than under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information, as described below.

Gathering of Personally Identifying Information.

Certain visitors to IQDERALL’s Sites choose to interact with IQDERALL in ways that require and/or permit IQDERALL to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that IQDERALL® gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who submit online inquiries provide a username and email address. Those who engage in transactions with IQDERALL – by purchasing a bottle of IQDERALL, for example – are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. In each case, IQDERALL collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with IQDERALL. Visitors can always refuse to supply personally identifying information, but such refusal may prevent them from engaging in certain Site-related activities.

Aggregated Statistics.

IQDERALL may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its Sites. IQDERALL may display this information publicly or provide it to others.

Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of the United States; by using IQDERALL’s Sites, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. IQDERALL will not, except in connection with a Change in Control, rent or sell potentially personally identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone.
